At Klicshop.store , we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it under the conditions described below.

2. Return conditions
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and in their original packaging.
- Damaged, worn or incomplete products will not be accepted.
3. Return procedure

Contact us: Before any return, please send us an email to info@klicshop.store indicating:
- Your order number.
- The items you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Receive confirmation: We will send you a confirmation with instructions for completing the return.
- Ship the item: Items must be returned to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or delivered in error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If accepted, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase, within 7 to 14 business days after receipt of the returned item.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error (defective or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are currently not offered. If you would like a different item, please return the item you received for a refund, then place a new order.
6. Items not eligible for return
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Personalized products.
- Items on sale or on sale, unless defective.
- Opened hygiene products (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, etc.).
7. Defective Products or Delivery Errors
